Our Return Policy is 28 days. You can return your items within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, please keep your item unused, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original packaging, not opened or seal broken, with tags and labels attached (if applicable) Please include your original packing slip or a copy of your tax invoice. We do not refund the delivery costs.  Sale or discounted items, cosmetics, fragrances, lotions, balms, personal care products,food items,vitamins or supplements, gift cards are not available for returns.

We cannot accept returns for reasons as 'size, packaging, ingredients, sensitivities, allergies, ingredients'. Very detailed product information is provided on our website, clearly stated under each product.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.   

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product received is incorrect please contact us: We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused due to delivery & handling.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 


Once we receive your returned item, we check it and send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of approval or non-acceptance of your refund. A refund is rejected only if it does not comply with our refund policy as outlined above ( Returns) or it is returned after 28 days of purchase. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. We will send you a proof of payment/receipt advising you of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This way you are guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
